I'm Cherise McAlister, the founder of Womb and Water by Cherise. As a full-spectrum doula with over seven years of nursing experience, I support families with compassion, intention, and gentle guidance throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I proudly serve families across Northeast Texas, Houston, and DFW.
As a mother of three amazing sons (including twins), I understand how important it is to feel truly seen, supported, and cared for during this transformative season of life.
